How to make quick and easy Easter bunny snack cups! This cute idea makes a great Easter craft and fun bunny themed food idea for kids.
Easter is only a few days away and today I have a super simple fun Easter craft for you that would make a great last minute Easter project with the kids for the school holidays.
These cute Easter snack cups are fun to make and you can fill them with what ever food you like. You can keep them healthy as we did with fresh fruit and veggies, or mix in some yummy mini eggs or other Easter treats (our Mini Egg Chicks would be perfect for this!).
I used little cardboard muffin cups for this project and they were the perfect size to hold a small child-sized Easter snack. They'd be great for bunny themed party food, or just a fun snack to eat at home in the run-up to Easter.
Easter Bunny Mini Snack Cups
Supplies needed:
- 6 cardboard muffin cups
- 12 googly eyes
- glue
- pink and black marker pens
- 6 pipe cleaners
- kitchen scissors
- sticky tape
To serve:
- snack foods of your choice (I served grapes & cherry tomatoes)
Method:
Gather your supplies. Separate the muffin cups.
Glue two googly eyes to each muffin cup.
Using marker pens, draw on bunny faces.
Cut a pipe cleaner in half, then fold each half into a loop for the ears.
Pop two pipe cleaner ears into each cup, securing them to the insides of the cups with a little sticky tape.
Fill the cups with snacks or treats of your choice.
Serve and enjoy!
