This easy berry fruit salad recipe is really quick to make and perfect for a healthy breakfast, brunch or dessert!
Ever since I was a child, my favourite dessert has been fruit salad. Yep, even over cake! You can't beat a big bowl of fruit salad with a dollop of double cream or Greek yogurt, it's the perfect summer dessert in my opinion!
This berry fruit salad is no exception - and as a bonus, it's the quickest and easiest fruit salad to prepare.
Fruit salad is so versatile, you can serve it up for a healthy dessert, but it's great for breakfast or brunch too. My favourite brunch at the moment is this quick and easy berry fruit salad served with plenty of Greek yogurt, and a selection of croissants and pastries - yum!
This summer berry fruit salad has a super simple dressing - just 2 ingredients, so it's great for kids to make too.
Summer Berry Fruit Salad
Ingredients (serves 4):
- 200g strawberries
- 150g red grapes
- 150g blueberries
- 150g raspberries
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp orange juice
Method:
Wash and hull the strawberries then cut into quarters.
Wash the grapes and cut in half lengthways
Wash the blueberries and raspberries, then pop all the fruit in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk the honey and orange juice together. Pour this dressing over the fruit.
Mix the fruit together until well combined and coated in the dressing.
Serve with Greek yogurt for a delicious breakfast or dessert.
