This lunch was made for the last day of term before the Easter holidays, so I had to give it an Easter theme of course. I kept it very simple, as we had overslept that day and so I was in a bit of a rush!
In this lunch Small Child had a tortilla wrap, filled with a little mayo, shredded roast chicken, lettuce and cucumber before rolling up and cutting into two. I popped a bright silicone band around each piece of wrap to decorate and hold it together while eating. On the side he had some melon chicks, cut out using my Easter themed plunger cutter set, a tub of organic natural yoghurt, topped with a few heart sprinkles, and a lamb shaped silicone cup filled with a small handful of chocolate mini eggs.
This lunch had quite a high sugar content and so was a less healthy lunch than I usually try to provide, but as it was the last day of school and Small Child has worked very hard this term, I thought it would be nice for him to have a special treat. He certainly enjoyed it, leaving nothing but a bite or two of the wrap.

Thank you! I enjoyed making this one, sometimes less is more!
