I'm back again with the next lunch in my alphabet lunch series - I'm determined to get to the end of the alphabet eventually! Being based on the letter T, this lunch had to be packed in a TUMTUM lunch box of course!
In his T lunch Small Child had mini pitta breads, filled with Tuna mayo, and decorated with Tortoises, drawn on with edible marker pens. I had originally planned to turn the pitta bread's into mini Tortoises, similar to this one that I made for World Turtle Day, but they fell apart and I was short on time so I just drew Tortoises on instead. On the side he had broccoli Trees (made using the Tree Trunk picks from this set), a cherry Tomato, a clementine, broken into segments and a mini Babybel cheese, which I decorated with the letter T cut from the wax. For a Treat, he had a couple of bear yoyos (dried fruit roll-ups), which I decorated with a Teddy bear pick and a letter T alphabet pick. I added a couple more T's to the lunch with a Train pick and a Tyrannosaurus pick.
This lunch must have been Tasty, because Small Child ate the lot! There was some grumbling about the Tomato (he's not a fan) but in order to enter into the alphabetical spirit, he ate it anyway!
