Potato Salad & Ham Rollups

I made a vegetable curry for dinner, and decided to save a few cooked new potatoes for Small Child’s lunch.  I made them into a potato salad by adding some chopped red pepper & some garlic mayonnaise.

In this lunch Small Child had potato salad (details as above), with slices of ham rolled & skewered on heart picks, and some raw carrot sticks.

For dessert he had some mixed green & red grapes & blueberries, some of which were skewered on heart picks, and an apple carved with a heart. He also had a frozen organic raspberry yoghurt tube (not shown).

Valentines Day is approaching, so I thought it was time to bring the hearts out!
