I’m A Bagel Alien

Another fun bagel post; bagels are my new favourite way of creating a quick, easy and fun sandwich!

In this lunch Small Child had a bagel alien, made up of a ham filled bagel, a slice of cucumber and half a grape for his nose, a mouth drawn on with edible marker, and blue picks to make his eyes & antennae.

For dessert he had a kiwi fruit, sliced to look like stars, topped with mini fruit juice stars, some dried apricots, a start shaped silicone cup with some more fruit juice stars, with a star pick and some mixed green and red grapes.

He also had a frozen organic yoghurt tube (not shown).  This lunch went down very well; Small Child thought that the alien was really funny.  Do you have any suggestions for more fun ways to use bagels?
